All orders are shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

  • All acrylic prints are made to order, your order will ship approximately 5-7 business days after your order has been placed and payment has cleared.

  • Payment takes approximately 2 business days to clear. 

  • Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our store, not when an item will arrive at its destination.

  • Shipping rates will be provided at the checkout for all orders within Canada & the US. International orders will require an estimate for shipping rates. Please contact us for shipping estimate.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and cleared in full.

  • Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent to you which will include a tracking number if one is available

Shipping methods and costs

  • Shipping rates are provided at checkout and are determined by carrier and level of service requested. Insta-Art does not determine shipping rates. Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Shipping - item availability

  • Some of the products listed on Insta-Art are one of kind and stock cannot be replenished when that item is sold. If more than one of an item is available, the options will be listed. 

  • Insta-Art cannot hold items without a completed purchase







Should you wish to return an item, please contact Insta-Art before doing so to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly labeled on the package in order for Dalliance & Design to accept the return.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, a copy of which should be included with the shipment.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Insta-Art accepts payment through the online store by Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Online store purchases are handled through the secure online server operated by Square.  

Payments take a minimum of 2 business days to clear and an order will not be processed until clearance is complete. 

Payment for an item must be made at the time of purchase.
